Pairing Cheese With Robert Goodman Wine
by Robert Goodman

There is something special about sharing a bottle of good wine, a loaf of crusty bread, and wedge of cheese.  And, if you are lucky enough to live on the North Coast of California like I am, adding a brilliant sunset on the beach to this combination makes for an unforgettable experience.

I am passionate about my wines and I am equally devoted to helping my customers get the most enjoyment out of my wine.

The most important thing to remember about pairing wine and cheese is that if you like it, it’s a good pairing!  If you are planning a tasting party, I suggest starting with the basics and buying the cheese in large wedges (for presentation).   Most experts agree that cheese should be served at room temperature for a tasting.  Check with  your local cheese maker or gourmet store for more specific cheese information

I’ve compiled a list for you of my favorite Robert Goodman Wine and cheese pairings. Of course, the ultimate wine and cheese pairing is matter of personal taste. If you discover an exceptional Robert Goodman Wine and cheese pairing that isn’t listed below, I hope you will share it with me!
